A Hearty Yogurt Soup with Bulgur Recipe
This is a delicious soup and it takes only minutes to make. Moreover inhaling the strong smell of mint makes you feel better. Here is the yogurt soup with bulgur recipe.

Ingredients;
- A half cup of bulgur,
- 3 cups of water (the cup is 200 ml.).
For the creamy sauce;
- 1 cups of yogurt,
- 1 egg,
- A half tablespoon of all purpose flour,
- 1 cup of water,
- Salt.
To decorate and make the soup more delicious ;
- 1 coffee spoon of butter,
- 1 coffee spoon of dried mint.
Process of A Hearty Yogurt Soup with Bulgur Recipe
Firstly, put the bulgur in a deep pot and pour the water and leave it to boil.
After it starts to boil, continue to cook over the low heat until the bulgur get tender.
If the bulgur absorbs most of the water, then add some water.
To prepare the creamy sauce, put the yogurt in a deep bowl and add the egg, flour and then mix them by using a wire beater until the mixture gets smooth.
After it gets smooth enough, add the water and mix well.
Then take one cup of water from the pot you boil the bulgur and add it into the yogurt sauce mixture and mix well.
Pour the creamy sauce in to the pot by stirring constantly.
Continue to cook the soup by stirring constantly.
If it gets too thick, then you can add some hot water.
Finally add the salt and turn of the stove.
Heat butter in a pan.
Once it sizzles, add dried mint and stir for 20-30 seconds (don’t let it burn). Then, pour it into soup.
Serve the soup hot.
