Always Fresh Cookies Recipe (no stale cookies)
Always Fresh Cookies… Our best cookies recipe satisfy any sweet tooth. After you covered the cookies with powdered sugar, you can preserve them into a jar for 2 weeks without becoming stale.
- 200 grams butter or margarine (at a room temperature),
- 1 teacup of vegetable oil (110 ml.),
- 1 egg white,
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch,
- 1 packet of baking powder (10 grams),
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 4 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is 200 ml.).
- 1 and a half more cup of powdered sugar.
Process of Always Fresh Cookies Recipe
To prepare the always fresh cookies dough; put all the ingredients you need in a deep bowl except for the flour. Mix them by using your hand until it gets a cream form. Then add the flour slowly and knead. You get a smooth but not sticky dough.
Take a little more larger pieces than hazelnut from the dough and roll them into your palms.
Place them on the baking sheet into the tray.
Bake them into the preheated to 180°C oven for 10 minutes. At the end of the baking time, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Dip the cookies into the powdered sugar and cover the cookies with the powdered sugar well and serve.
You can get 72 cookies with this recipe.
Note: There is no sugar into the cookies dough. The sugar you cover is enough.
Don’t bake the cookies for more than 10 minutes. Don’t let them get golden brown. Let them stay white.
