Apple Cake with Biscuits and Cinnamon Recipe
This recipe is the perfect combination of apples, cinnamon, and tender biscuit pieces. Here is the delicious apple cake recipe.
- 1 apple,
- 10 biscuits,
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,
- 2 tablespoons of crushed walnut or hazelnut.
For the cake;
- 2 eggs,
- 1 teacup of granulated sugar,
- 1 coffee spoon of baking powder,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla,
- 1 cup of all purpose flour (the cup is 200 ml.).
For the top;
- Powdered sugar

Firstly, peel the apple and thinly slice.
Place the biscuits in to the pyrex (the pyrex is 18/29 cm.).
Then place the apple slices on the biscuits.
And sprinkle some cinnamon and crushed walnut on them.
To prepare the cake mixture, mix the eggs and the sugar.
Add the vegetable oil, flour, vanilla, baking powder and mix.
Pour the mixture on the apple slices.
Bake it in the preheated oven at 175°C.
After check the cake by using a toothpick take it out from the oven and leave it to get cool at the room temperature.
Then run a thin-bladed knife around the edges to loosen.
And cut the apple cake with biscuit in squares.
By sprinkling some powdered sugar on it, you can serve the cake.
