Baked Chicken Kebab with Kashar Cheese in Casserole Bowl Recipe
This baked chicken kebab with kashar cheese made in a casserole bowl and casserole recipe is healthier and more delicious than traditional recipes that use other cooking pots.
- 1 chicken breast ( 500 grams),
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 2 green peppers,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 2 large tomatoes,
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic,
- 1 tablespoon of thyme,
- Black pepper,
- A half teacup of water (55 ml.),
- 2 potatoes (to fry the potatoes, you will use some vegetable oil),
- 1 bowl of grated kashar cheese (you can use Parmesan cheese instead of kashar cheese).
Process of Baked Chicken Kebab with Kashar Cheese in Casserole Bowl Recipe
Firstly, cut the chicken breast in bite size.
Heat the two tablespoons of vegetable oil in a pan and add the chicken breast pieces in the pan.
Cook by stirring over high heat until the chicken breast pieces absorb the juice.
Then add the chopped peppers and the paste and mix by stirring.
Add the peeled and diced tomatoes, spices, salt and the water.
Boil it for 4 or 5 minutes and remove it from the stove.
Peel the potatoes, dice them and fry them.
Add the fried potatoes on the chicken breast pieces and mix them by stirring.
Place the chicken and potato mixture in a large casserole (If you desire, you can use any baking tray).
Place the casserole in the oven and bake it in the preheated oven at 180°C for 5 minutes.
Then take it out from the oven and sprinkle the grated kashar.
Continue to baking it until it gets golden brown.
After baking, serve hot.
