To fry the eggplant slices, you need some vegetable oil.
For the Ground Beef Mixture;
- 250 grams ground beef,
- 1 onion,
- 2 green peppers,
- 1 red pepper,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
- Crushed red pepper,
- 1-2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
For the Tomato Sauce;
- 1 cup of water (200 ml.),
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 1 clove of garlic.

Prepare the ground beef mixture. Chop the onions and put them into a pan. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and salt, saute them. Then add the ground beef and cook by stirring. Add the chopped green and red peppers and cook by stirring occasionally. Add the diced tomatoes and the tomato paste, cook by stirring. No need to cook for a long time. Add some crushed red pepper, thyme and salt how much you like and stir. Then turn off the cooker.
Cut stalks of eggplants and peel them striped and cut eggplants into slices (Don’t make the slices thin). Fry them in hot oil and take them on a paper towel.
