Ingredients;
- 4 middle sized potatoes,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 2 tablespoons of yogurt,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes,
- Mint,
- Thyme.
Process of Baked Potato Wedges with the Yogurt Sauce Recipe
For the baked potato wedges recipe, at first, wash the potatoes and peel them. Cut them in half lengthwise, then cut each half in third lengthwise. You will have six long wedges from each potatoes.
For the sauce, mix the yogurt, vegetable oil, salt, red pepper flakes, mint and thyme in a deep bowl.
Add the potatoes into the mixture. Make sure all the potatoes are covered with the sauce. Then place the potatoes onto the baking sheet in the tray.
Bake them in to the preheated oven at 200°C until golden and serve them.
Note: You can serve with chicken, meat and pilaf.
