Baked Potatoes with Ground Beef Sauce Recipe
This baked potatoes with ground beef sauce is an easy to do and yummy and also nutritious main dish. Serve it with a pilaf and make your guests or family pleased.

Ingredients;
- 3-4 medium size potatoes,
- 1,5 cups of hot water(the cup is 200 ml.).
For the ground beef sauce;
- 250 grams of ground beef,
- A half teacup of vegetable oil,
- 1 onion,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 coffee spoon of pepper paste,
- 4 cloves of garlic,
- 1 pinch of parsley,
- Salt,
- Black pepper,
- Red pepper flakes,
- Dried thyme.
For the top;
- Tomato slices.
Process of Baked Potato with Ground Beef Sauce Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the ground beef sauce, peel the onion and chop finely then put the vegetable oil in a pan and cook the onions by stirring.
Add the ground beef and continue to cook until the coor of the ground beef changes.
Then add the paste and the cloves of garlic and mix them and add the peeled, diced tomatoes also and continue to cook until it absorbs the tomato juice.
Finally, add the salt and the spices and mix.
Remove the sauce from the stove.
Peel the potatoes and cut them in half firstly then slice them (neither thin nor thick).
Place the potato slices in a round pyrex (the pyrex is 28cm).
Pour the ground beef sauce on the potato slices and spread.
Then pour 1,5 cups of hot water (not on the potatoes or ground beef sauce, pour the water from the edge of the pyrex).
Place the tomato slices on the ground beef sauce and bake it in the preheated oven at 180°C until the potatoes get tender.
After the potatoes get tender, remove it from the oven and serve hot.
