Baked Sea Bream with Potatoes, Onions and Lemon Recipe
Baked sea bream stuffing with onion and lemon slices along with the potatoes. This is a really delicious fish dinner, for any night of the week.
- 2 sea bream, gut and scales removed,
- 1 middle size potatoes,
- 1 middle size onion, round sliced,
- 1/2 lemon, round sliced,
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil,
- 1/2 teacup of water (50 ml.),
- 2 bay leaves.
How to make Baked Sea Bream with Potatoes, Onions and Lemon ?
At first, prepare and clean the sea bream. Wash and pat dry them. Scratch the sea bream with a knife and season them with salt inside and out.
Place them on a baking sheet in a pyrex, side by side. Place the onion and lemon round slices into the cavity.
Slice the potatoes in 1/2 cm. rounds and season with salt. Place them in the pyrex. And also season the onion roll slices left with salt. Place them in the pyrex. Pour the water and olive oil over the fishes.
Place the bay leaves on them and bake them in the preheated oven at 200°C for 35 – 40 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
When they are okay, remove them from the oven and serve hot.
