Baked Vegetable Kebabs without any Beef (Vegan Kebabs) Recipe
If you don’t like beef, chicken or any meat but you like vegetables then this kebabs recipe is for you.
- 4 potatoes,
- 2 eggplants,
- 4-5 green pointed peppers,
- 2 red bell peppers,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 big onion,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- 4 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- Red crushed pepper,
For the sauce;
- 2 cups of hot water,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
Process of Baked Vegetable Kebabs without any Beef (Vegan Kebab) Recipe
At first, peel the potatoes and the eggplants and cut into long thin strips.
Take out the cores of the pepper and cut them also into long thin strips.
Peel the onion and the tomatoes and cut into long thin strips (If you want yo can grate the tomatoes).
Peel the gloves of the garlic and cut them into four pieces.
Put all the vegetables into a deep bowl.
Add the vegetable oil, red crushed pepper, thyme, mint and salt and mix them.
Place the vegetables into a tray then prepare the sauce.
Mix the paste, water and salt in to a deep bowl.
Then pour the mixture on the vegetables into the tray.
Bake the vegetables into the preheated oven to 190 – 200°C for 40 or 45 minutes ad serve it hot.
This recipe is for 5 or 6 people.
