Banana Truffles Recipe
These banana truffles are delicious, easy to make and perfect treats for a party. Try this quick and easy truffles recipe.
- 4 cups of crumbled cake (the cup size is 200 ml.),
- 1 banana (mashed),
- 4 – 5 tablespoons of milk (If needed),
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder,
- 1 palm of crushed hazelnut.
- Grated coconut.
Process of Banana Truffles Recipe
At first, put all the ingredients except for the milk in a deep bowl.
Take a small piece from the mixture and roll it in your palm.
If you can roll it in your palm, there is no need to add the milk.
If you can not roll it in your palm, then add some milk and knead again.
Then take walnut size pieces from the mixture and roll them in your palm.
While rolling the pieces, you can make wet your hands with some water.
After you roll all the mixture, then dip them in the grated coconut and place them in small paper cases.
Then leave them in the refrigerator for 10 minutes and serve.
You can prepare the banana truffles the day before and save them covered in the refrigerator.
