Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
A very healthy recipe with beef, vegetables, spices and kashar cheese. Try this delicious beef and vegetable stir fry recipe for dinner.
- 200 grams bite size beef,
- 2 middle size eggplants,
- 3 – 4 green peppers,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 onion,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- Grated kashar cheese,
- Vegetable oil.
Process of Beef and Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe
Firstly, heat the pan and put the bite size beef in the pan.
Cook them by stirring until the beef absorbs the juice.
Then add the butter and cook by stirring for 1 minute (If your beef is tough, before adding the butter, add some water and cook until tender).
Dice the eggplants and fry them then place them on a paper towel.
Cut the peppers in large size and also fry them.
Chop the onion and put them in a pan and add the butter and cook them bystirring for 1 minute.
Add the grated clove of garlic.
Peel the tomatoes and dice them and add them in the pan.
Add the salt and cook until the tomatoes get tender.
Put the bite size beef in a medium size casserole and put the fried eggplants on them.
Pour the tomato sauce on the eggplants and add the fried peppers on the sauce.
Bake it in the preheated oven at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Take it out from the oven and sprinkle the grated kashar cheese and continue to bake for more 5 minutes.
Then serve hot.
