- 1 medium size whole chicken,
- 1 coffee spoon of all purpose flour (for inside of the oven bag),
- 3 – 4 potatoes,
- 3 carrots,
- 1 oven bag.

- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- Black pepper,
- 1 coffee spoon red pepper,
- 2 cloves of garlic.
