Bite-Size Cinnamon Cookies Recipe
They are fluffy, sweet, and aromatic cinnamon cookies that are guaranteed to melt in your mouth.
For the dough;
- 150 grams butter or margarine (at the room temperature),
- 1 teacup vegetable oil (110 ml.),
- 1,5 teacup corn starch,
- 1,5 teacup powdered sugar,
- 2,5-3 cups all purpose flour(the cup is 200 ml.).
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar,
- 1 coffee spoon ground cinnamon.

Firstly, to prepare the cookie dough, mix the margarine, vegetable oil, powdered sugar in a deep bowl until it gets creamy.
Add the corn starch and add the flour slowly and knead.
Get a soft but not sticky dough (the amount of the flour can change, add the flour slowly cup by cup while kneading).
Take an orange size piece from the dough and roll it in your palm.
Then on a plain surface by using your hands form a long rope.
Cut the long rope formed dough in pieces in 1 cm thickness.
Continue with the dough left.
And place the dough pieces in a tray.
Bake them in the preheated oven at 170°C for 20 or 25 minutes.
Mix the powdered sugar and the ground cinnamon in a bowl.
After taking out the cookies from the oven, dip them into the powdered sugar and the ground cinnamon mixture.
Then place them in a serving plate and when they get cool enough, you can serve the cookies.
