Broccoli with Yogurt Sauce Recipe

- 1 broccoli,
- 2 carrots.
For the yogurt sauce;
- 1 bowl of yogurt,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
For the top;
- Vegetable oil,
- Red pepper flakes.
Process of Broccoli with Yogurt Sauce
Firstly, cut the broccoli into spears and rinse then drain. Boil the broccoli pieces in a slightly salty water for 7 or 8 minutes.
Cut the carrots in pieces (not very small) and also boil them until they get slightly tender. Then drain and place the vegetables in a serving plate.
Prepare the yogurt sauce. Mix the yogurt, salt and the grated cloves of garlic in a bowl until smooth. Pour the sauce on the boiled vegetables.
Then heat the vegetable oil in a pan and add the red pepper flakes and also pour the sauce on the yogurt sauce.
Note: Do not boil the vegetables for a long time.
