Process of Cheese Fluffy Pastries Recipe
Prepare the dough. Combine the warm milk, warm water, sugar and yeast in a deep bowl. Add the salt and the vegetable oil and add the flour slowly and knead. Cover the dough with a plastic bag and then cover a towel and leave it to rise for an hour.
Prepare the filling. Combine the curd cheese and the chopped parsley in a bowl.
Melt the 100 grams butter or margarine in a small pan.
Take mandarin size pieces from the dough and get 25 pieces. Divide the pieces in 5 groups.
Start with the first 5 pieces and roll them on a plain and lightly floured surface as big as a plate by using a rolling pin. Then brush the melted butter or margarine on the rolled dough and put on top of each other (Do not brush the melted butter on the upper one).
Roll the 5 tiered dough to 0.5 cm (1/4 inch) by using rolling pin. Cut the rolled dough in 4 triangle parts then again cut the 4 pieces in half and get 8 triangles pieces. Place the filling on the larger sides of the triangles and roll them (Roll it to form mini croissants.).
Then place the pastries on a baking sheet into a tray and leave them into tray for rise for 15 minutes. Then brush the egg yolk on the pastries and sprinkle some sesame and black cumin seeds.
Bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get golden brown.
