Cheese Omelet Recipe
This quick and easy cheese omelet recipe is perfect for breakfast or brunch. You can add whatever spices and vegetables you like. It is so delicious and also healthy.
- 2 eggs,
- 1 Turkish coffee cup of grated kashar cheese,
- 1 Turkish coffee cup of feta cheese,
- 2 brunches of fresh onion,
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt,
- 1,5 Turkish coffee cups of all purpose flour,
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder,
- If needed salt.
To grease the pan;
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
The Turkish coffee cup size is 50 ml.
Process of Cheese Omelet Recipe
Firstly, beat the eggs and add the yogurt and mix well.
Add the grated kashar cheese and feta cheese.
Then add the chopped fresh green onion and mix.
Finally add the baking powder and add the flour.
Mix them well and get a batter.
Put the 1 tablespoon of butter in the pan and melt.
Pour the omelet batter in the pan and spread.
Cook it until the bottom of it gets golden brown over medium heat.
Turn the cheese omelet by using a plate and cook it until it gets golden brown.
Then place it in a serving plate and serve hot.
