Process of Cheese Puff Pastry Flatbread Recipe
Firstly, take the puff pastry sheets out from the freezer and leave them to get tender at the room temperature.
Then prepare the filling by mixing the curd cheese and chopped parsley in a bowl.
When the puff pastry sheets get tender enough, knead them one by one and roll them in your palms at the end get 2 rolls.
Roll the first one on a lightly floured plain surface.
Then spread the filling over half side of flattened dough.
Fold the other half over and stick the ends, making pressure with your finger tips.
Do the same procedure to the other puff pastry roll.
In a non-sticky pan, at a medium heat fry both sides of the cheese flatbread till they turn to golden brown.
The puff pastry sheets consist of enough oil so we don’t add oil while frying.
If you want, you can make this puff pastry flatbread with any fillings you like such as cottage cheese, sausage etc.
