Chicken and Mushroom Saute Recipe
It is so delicious. With this juicy and spicy chicken and mushroom saute recipe, you can conquer your husband’s heart again.
- 500 grams chicken breast,
- 400 grams mushrooms,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 1 grated tomato,
- 2 – 3 cloves of garlic,
- Red peppers flakes,
- 1 cup of hot water (200 ml.).
Process of Chicken and Mushroom Saute Recipe
Firstly, cut the chicken breast in bite size pieces and put them in a pot and cover the lid and cook them until they absorb the juice.
Wash the mushrooms well and cut them in small pieces and add them in the pot and cover the lid again.
Cook it for more 5 minutes.
After the mushrooms absorb the juice, add the vegetable oil, paste, cloves of garlic, grated tomato and the salt.
Continue to cook by stirring for more 2 or 3 minutes.
Finally add the spices and the water and continue to cook over low heat.
Then serve hot.
If you want, you can add peppers and onion.
Chop the onion and pepper and saute them with a little amount of vegetable oil for a short time.
Add the chicken breast pieces in and cook until it absorbs the juice.
