Chicken Nuggets Recipe
The best chicken nuggets are ones you make yourself. You can make as many as you want and they are completely fresh and delicious.
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 500 grams/ 1 pound),
For the top;
- 2 tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 2 tablespoons of corn starch.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 packet of corn chips (spicy).
- Vegetable oil.
Process of Chicken Nuggets Recipe
Wash the chicken breasts and drain. Then dice them how size you desire and season with salt.
For the first dipping, mix the the flour and the starch in a bowl. For the second dipping, beat the eggs in a separate bowl. Use rondo to make smaller the corn chips and put them in an another bowl.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan.
Take the chicken pieces and dip them firstly in the flour and starch mixture. Then dip them in the egg and lastly dip them in the corn chips pieces and fry over low heat. Golden brown on each side by turning.
Use a spatula to transfer the chicken nuggets to a paper-towel-lined plate. Serve them with ketchup and mustard. Enjoy!
