Chicken Pasta Recipe
An easy dish for dinner, delicious chicken pasta with juicy chicken in a tomato sauce with garlic, peppers and parsley.
- A half (250 grams) packet of pasta.
For the sauce;
- 250 grams chicken breast,
- 1 onion,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- 1 green pepper,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes,
- A pinch of parsley,
- A half teacup of vegetable oil (55 ml.),
- A half teacup of water (55 ml.).
Process of Chicken Pasta Recipe
Pour some water in a pot and leave it to boil. When it starts to boil, add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and salt then add the pasta and boil until they get tender. Drain it and pour some cold water on the pasta and drain.
To prepare the sauce, cut the chicken breast in small pieces and place them in a pan. Add the vegetable oil and cook by stirring until they absorb the juice. Then add the chopped onion and the clove of garlic and cook it by stirring for more 3 or 4 minutes.
Add the chopped peppers and cook it by stirring for 1 – 2 minutes. And then add the paste, red pepper flakes and salt and mix well. Add the half teacup of hot water and cover the lid and continue to cook for more 4 or 5 minutes. Before removing it from the stove, add the chopped parsley and mix.
Then pour the sauce on the pasta and mix well. Wait for a short time and then serve.
This chicken pasta recipe is for 3 or 4 people.
