Chicken Shish in the Pan Recipe
You will love these tender chicken shish. The chicken pieces are covered with a special sauce and fried. With a delicious pilaf or fried potatoes, you will be a conquer of the hearts of your guests.
- 500 grams chicken breast (cut into bite sized cubes),
- 2 cups of water,
- 1 coffee spoon of carbonate.
For the sauce;
- 1 bottle of mineral water,
- 1 cup of all purpose flour,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt.
- A pinch of thyme,
- 1 teaspoon of ground red pepper,
To dip the chicken breast pieces;
- Vegetable oil.
The cup size: 200 ml.
Process of Chicken Shish in the Pan Recipe
At first, mix the carbonate and the water in a deep bowl.
Leave the chicken breast cut into bite sized cubes in this mixture for 30 minutes.
After half an hour, drain them and thread them onto small wooden or bamboo kebab skewers.
The chunks of chicken can touch each other, but don’t put them too closely together.
To prepare the sauce, put the grated cloves of garlic, flour, salt and the spices in a deep and large plate and mix them.
Then pour the mineral water in the bowl.
To dip the chicken pieces, put some flour a separete plate.
Heat some vegetable oil.
Firstly dip the chicken pieces in the flour then in the sauce and place them in to the pan.
Fry per sides until they get golden brown.
