Chocolate Covered Wheat Flour Halva Recipe
It’s easy to make chocolate covered wheat flour halva, but it requires arm strength since you need to stir constantly. Decorate as desired with grated walnut and coconut. Serve it at room temperature.

Ingredients;
- 125 grams butter,
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour.
For syrup;
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 5 grams vanilla,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar.
To dip;
- 200 grams chocolate (Bain-marie style melted).
To decorate;
- Grated walnut,
- Grated coconut.
Process of Chocolate Covered Wheat Flour Halva Recipe
For the flour halva recipe, at first, cook the flour. Put the butter in a large pan and melt. Then add the flour. Cook it at a low heat by stirring until it gets golden.
Prepare the syrup by mixing the milk, granulated sugar and the vanilla in a deep bowl.
After you cook the flour and the butter mixture, pour the syrup into it. Stir it as fast as you can until smooth or the whole syrup is soaked. When it gets thicker than pudding, it’s okay. And leave it to cool at the room temperature.

When it gets cool, take walnut sized pieces from the halva and roll them with your palms.

Dip the rolled halva in to the benmari style melted chocolate and place them into the plate.

You can decorate halva how you like before the chocolate get hard.

At the end, leave the chocolate wheat flour halva in to the fridge for 1 or 2 hours and then serve.
