Chocolate Semolina Pudding Recipe
The chocolate semolina pudding is one of the easiest treats to serve after a dinner. The hard part is to wait when your pudding is chilling in the refrigerator. You will love the combination of semolina and chocolate flavors, they are perfect together!
For the semolina pudding;
- 1 liter of milk (5 cups),
- 1 cup of semolina (the cup size is: 200 ml.),
- 1 cup of granulated sugar,
- 1 tablespoon of butter.
For the top;
- 1 packet of chocolate sauce powder (128 grams),
- 2 cups of milk (400 ml.).
Process of Chocolate Semolina Pudding Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the semolina pudding, put the milk, semolina and sugar in a deep pot. Cook it until it gets thick enough by stirring constantly at medium heat. Then add the butter and mix. Then turn off the stove.
Make wet the pie pan with a little amount of water and pour the semolina mixture in it. And leave it to cool at the room temperature.
Cook the chocolate sauce powder and the milk until it gets thick enough. Turn of the stove and leave the sauce to cool by stirring occasionally.
Remove the semolina pudding from the pie pan by turning it on a serving plate. Pour the chocolate sauce on it and spread well. Leave it to cool in the refrigerator. After it gets cool enough, you can serve.
Note: You can use a cake mold or a medium size pyrex instead of pie pan.
