Cottage Cheese Buns Recipe
Cottage cheese buns may refer to a variety of small, baked, cheese-
- 1 cup of wheat starch,
- 4 to 5 cups all-purpose flour (the cup size is 200 ml.),
- 1 egg (separate the egg yolk and egg white),
- 1 and a half teacup vegetable oil (160 ml.),
- 2 cups milk,
- 1 packet instant (dry) yeast,
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar,
- 1 and a half coffee spoon salt.
- 150 grams cottage cheese made from kashar,
- 1 pinch parsley.
Process of Cottage Cheese Buns Recipe
Start putting 4 cups flour, 1 cup wheat starch flour, 1 and a half of coffee spoon salt in a big bowl. Mix them with your hand.
In the middle of the mixture, make a hole like a pool, and put there the instant yeast, the granulated sugar and egg white.
Pour the vegetable oil and milk on them and then mix all of the ingredients and get a soft but not sticky dough.
Cover the dough with a clean cloth. Leave it for an hour.
Take mandarin sized pieces from the dough, roll them with the palm of your hands.
And flatten the pieces with your hand slightly and put little amount of the mixture that consists of the cottage cheese and parsley chopped.
And make the edges of the dough come together and place them into the greased tray.
The edges made come together should be at the bottom of the tray.
Then take a kitchen scissors and make a hole in the middle of the buns dough.
Brush the egg yolk on them and sprinkle some sesame.
Bake them at 180°C until they get golden brown.
You can serve them 5 minutes later.
Note: If you want, you can prepare the dough the night before and put it in your fridge.
If you do this, it is enough to let the doughs stay in the tray for 15-20 minutes before baking.
You can prepare whatever you want to put inside the buns.
You can get 18 buns with these ingredients.
