Couscous Salad with Mixed Vegetables Recipe

- 1 cup of couscous,
- 1 bowl mixed vegetables (canned, mixed, boiled carrots, potatoes and peas),
- 1 bowl pickles,
- 1 bowl sweetcorn (canned),
- 1 and a half more cup of yogurt (homemade yogurt without juice),
- 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
The cup size: 200 ml.
Process of Couscous Salad with Mixed Vegetables Recipe
For the couscous salad, firstly, boil water in a large pot, add couscous and cook 10 to 12 min. until soft, drain and then leave it to cool.
Rinse and drain the mixed vegetables and dice the pickles.
After cooling, remove the couscous in to a deep bowl, add the sweet corns, diced pickles and mixed vegetables and combine them.
Add the yogurt into the mixture and also mayonnaise.
After that add the salt and stir.
Put the salad into a serving plate and serve.
