Cream Stuffed Cocoa Pancakes Recipe
These cocoa pancakes are so delicious with cream stuffing. You can eat them any time of the day for a snack or appetizer.
For the pancakes batter;
- 1 egg,
- 5 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 1 cup of all purpose flour,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams),
- 1 teaspoon of baking powder.
For the cream;
- 100 ml. liquid cream,
- 1/2 teacup of cold milk (55 ml.),
- 1 packet of whipped cream powder (75 grams),
- 1 coffee spoon of honey.
Process of Cream Stuffed Cocoa Pancakes Recipe
Prepare the cream. Mix the liquid cream, cold milk, whipped cream powder and honey in a deep bowl by mixer until the cream reaches stiff peaks. Fridge until pancakes are ready.
Prepare the cocoa pancakes dough. Beat the egg and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the other ingredients and mix well until batter is smooth and bubbles form on top.
Heat the nonstick pan over medium heat. Add 1 tablespoon batter and flip when bubbles pop and stay open and cook the other side. Repeat until all of the batter is used up. And then leave them to cool.
Spread 1 coffee spoon of cream onto the pancake and cover with the second pancake. Repeat until all of the pancakes are used up. Put them in a serving plate and leave them in the refrigerator for 1 or 2 hours and then serve.
You can get 32 pancakes (16 pancakes sandwiches) with these ingredients. You can eat them any time of the day for a snack or appetizer.
