Creamy Orzo Soup Recipe

- 2 – 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- 5 cups of water (the cup is 200 ml.),
- 1 cup of orzo (you can also use vermicelli),
- 1 cup of milk,
Process of Creamy Orzo Soup Recipe
Firstly, heat the oil with the paste in a pot and cook by stirring.
Then pour the water and stir and leave it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add the orzo.
Boil at a low heat until the orzo get tender.
Then pour the milk slowly and by stirring.
Leave it to boil for 2 minutes.
Finally add the salt and the mint and stir.
Remove it from the heat and serve it hot.
