Creamy Vermicelli Soup with Beef Consomme Recipe

- 4 cups of beef consomme,
- 2 cups of water,
- 1 teacup of vermicelli,
- A half lemon juice,
- Black pepper.

To prepare the delicious creamy vermicelli soup, firstly, pour the water and the beef consomme into a pot and add the half of the lemon juice and leave it to boil. After it starts to boil, add the vermicelli, salt and the black pepper. Cook until the vermicelli get tender.
To prepare the creamy sauce, mix the yogurt, flour and the egg into a deep bowl by using a wire beater. Pour a ladle soup boiling over the stove into the sauce and stir the sauce to make the sauce warm.
