Creamy Yogurt Soup with Noodle Recipe
This healthy soup is filled with noodle, flour and yogurt with mint on top. It is both creamy and sumptuous. Here is the our creamy yogurt soup with noodle.
- 1 cup of noodle,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 5 1/2 – 6 cups of hot water.
For the creamy sauce;
- 3 cups of yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour,
- 1 egg,
For the top;
- Vegetable oil,
- Dried mint.
The cup size is 200 ml.
Process of Creamy Yogurt Soup with Noodle Recipe
Put the noodles in a pot and add the vegetable oil and cook by stirring until the color of the noodles changes.
Then add the hot water and add the noodles left and leave it to boil until they get tender.
To prepare the creamy sauce, mix the yogurt, flour and the egg in a deep bowl until smooth.
When the noodles get tender, add the creamy sauce slowly and by stirring. Cook it by stirring constantly until the soup starts to boil.
Then add the salt and if it gets too thick, add water and leave it to boil for more 5 or 10 minutes and remove it from the stove.
Cook the dried mint by stirring in vegetable oil and pour the vegetable oil and the mint mixture on the soup.
Leave the soup for 10 minutes before serving and serve hot.
