Crispy Baked Chicken Recipe

- 500 grams chicken breast,
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- A half cup of milk (100 ml.),
- 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
- 5-6 sprigs of parsley (If you desire),
- 80 grams grated kashar cheese (1 teacup),
- 1 teaspoon of paste,
Process of Crispy Baked Chicken Recipe
Firstly, wash the chicken breasts well and cut them lengthwise in thin pieces.
Melt the butter in a pan and add the grated cloves of garlic and the paste and cook by stirring and remove the pan from the stove.
Add the milk, salt and the thyme and mix by stirring.
Put the chicken breast slices in the sauce and mix them.
Mix the bread crumbs, finely chopped parsley, grated kashar cheese and salt in a large plate.
Dip the chicken breast slices in the breadcrumbs, kashar and parsley mixture and place them on a baking sheet in a tray.
Bake them in the preheated oven at 200°C until they get slightly golden.
Serve the crispy baked chicken hot.
