Crispy Fried Chicken with Sauce Recipe
It is a crispy fried chicken glazed in a sticky, sweet, tangy and spicy sauce. So addictive! And it is easy to make at home!
- 1 chicken breast, (about 500 gr.)
- 1 tablespoon of yogurt,
- 1 tablespoon of tomato or pepper paste,
- 1 egg,
- 1 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 coffee spoon of thyme,
- Crushed red pepper,
- Black pepper powder.
- All purpose flour.
- 2 or 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
Process of Crispy Fried Chicken with Sauce Recipe
To prepare the crispy fried chicken, at first, slice the chicken breast in long pieces and in finger width.
Mix the paste, yogurt, egg, salt and the spices in a deep bowl. Put the sliced chicken breast pieces into this mixture. Close the bowl and leave it in to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
At the end of the time, put the flour into the large plate and dip the sliced chicken breast pieces in the flour.
Pour 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil into a pan. Heat the oil and fry the both sides of the chicken breast pieces. After they get well browned, serve them hot with a salad.
Note: The chicken breast pieces are fried into only 2 tablespoons of oil. As you need, add one tablespoon of oil. Don’t fry them into lots of oil.
If you want, prepare much more chicken breast slices than you need, you can put them in to your deep freezer.
