Lemon and Honey Detox
While lemon is eliminating the toxins, honey is running your metabolism. If your metabolism run well, it provides you an anti-bloat effect.
- 3 coffee spoons of honey,
- 1 lemon,
- A pinch of fresh mint,
- 1 teaspoon of red pepper powder,
- 1 jug of water.
Do not peel the lemon, slice the lemon and put the lemon slices with the other ingredients in a jug.
Pour the water and leave it for 2 hours and then drink.
Orange and Lemon Detox
Orange and lemon bring massive amounts of Vitamin C to your body. Vitamin C has an antioxidant effect on the body, and when you combine that with the antioxidant make up of lemon, you’ve got a very special drink that sets you up for a strong running metabolism.
- 5-6 slices of orange,
- 5-6 slices of lemon,
- A cucumber,
- A pinch of fresh mint,
- Warm water.
Do not peel the lemon or orange. Only slice and put them in a jug with fresh mints.
Pour the warm water and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour and drink 1 cup before meals.
Apple and Cinnamon Detox
Apple is very commonly used in detox drinks recipes with cinnamon and it runs your metabolism.
- 1 green apple,
- 1 cinnamon bun,
- A pinch of fresh mint,
- 1 coffee spoon of apple vinegar,
- Warm water.
Slice the apple, do not peel it. Put the apple slices in a jug with the other ingredients and cover the jug and leave it in the refrigerator. Drink it before meal.
