Easy No Bake Biscuit Cake Recipe
This easy no bake biscuit cake combined with sweet cherry jam, not only looks great but also tastes great. Try it for your kids and guests.
- 1 packet of biscuit,
- 1 bowl of cherry jam.
For the cream;
- 1 liter of milk,
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (the cup size is 200 ml.),
- 3 tablespoons of all purpose flour,
- 3 tablespoons of starch,
- 1 egg yolk,
- 5 grams vanilla (1 packet),
- 1 packet of whipped cream powder (75 grams).
For the top;
- 1 packet of whipped cream,
- 1 cup of milk.

To prepare the cream, mix the milk, sugar, flour, starch and the egg yolk in a pot.
Cook it by stirring until it gets thick.
Then add the vanilla and mix by stirring and turn off the stove and leave it to get warm.
When it gets warm enough, add the whipped cream powder and mix by using a mixer until smooth.
Cover a baton cake mold with a plastic wrap and place the biscuits in them.
Pour 4 or 5 tablespoons of cream on the biscuits and place some cherries on the cream.
Again place some biscuits on the cherries and add 4 or 5 tablespoons of cream and again place some cherries on.
Continue until the biscuits finish.
Finally place the biscuits on the top and leave the cake to cool in the refrigerator for 2 or 3 hours.
For the top, mix the milk and the whipped cream powder until it gets thick and smooth.
Take the biscuit cake out from the refrigerator and remove it by turning on a serving plate.
Remove the plastic wrap and cover the easy no bake biscuit cake with the whipped cream and decorate the cake how you like and serve.
If you want, you can use freeze fruits instead of jam.
