Easy Roll Cake Recipe

- 4 1/2 – 5 cups of crumbled cake,
- 2 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
- 3 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon powder,
- 1 grated orange peel,
- Almost a cup of milk (180 ml.).
For the filling;
- 1 packet of cocoa whipped cream powder (75 grams),
- 1 1/2 teacup of milk (300 ml.).
For the top;
- Chocolate sauce.
Process of Easy Roll Cake Recipe
Prepare the cake. Place the crumbled cake in a deep bowl.
In a large bowl, mix the cocoa powder with grated orange peel, sugar and the cinnamon powder.
Add the milk slowly and knead well.
Check the mixture by taking a small pieces from it and roll it in your palm.
If you can easily roll the piece in your palm, then the mixture is okay.
Lay a plastic wrap on a plain surface and place the mixture and roll out the mixture between two plastic wrap.
Prepare the filling. Mix the whipped cream powder and the milk until it gets thick.
Remove the plastic wrap on the cake and spread the filling evenly over the cake.
Roll the cake and cover the cake with a plastic wrap and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Then take the cake out from the refrigerator and pour chocolate sauce on it and slice and serve.
You can save the cake in the freezer for a long time and when you need, take it out from the freezer 2 hours before serving.
