Easy and Soft Salty Cake Recipe

For the dough;
- 1 and a half more cups of warm water,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 packet of instant yeast (10 grams),
- 3 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is 200 ml.).
For the top;
- 1 egg yolk,
- 1 coffee spoon yogurt,
- Black cumin seeds.
To grease the tray;
- Butter or margarine at the room temperature (Don’t melt).
Process of Easy and Soft Salty Cake Recipe
Firstly, grease a large rectangular pyrex (24 cm. x 36 cm.) or baking tray.
Be sure you grease all sides and edges of the tray or pyrex. If not, the salty cake can stick the tray or pyrex.
To prepare the dough, pour the water, vegetable oil and add the salt.
Add the yeast and add the flour slowly and mix it with the help of a wire beater until smooth.
Mix as mixing a cake.
Pour the batter into the greased pyrex and then make your hands greased and press lightly on the batter and spread it.
Mix the eggs and yogurt into a bowl and pour the mixture on the batter.
Sprinkle some sesame and black cumin seeds on it.
Then leave it to raise for an hour before baking at the room temperature (not cold or not hot).
Bake the salty cake into the oven at 190°C for 25 or 30 minutes until it gets golden brown (no need to reheat the oven).
After baking, slice and serve.
