Flour Soup with Garlic Recipe
Flour soup is quite an innovative soup recipe with flour roasted in butter and added to water.
- 1 tablespoon of butter,
- 2 tablespoon of vegetable oil,
- 4 tablespoon of wheat flour,
- 2 gloves of garlic,
- Black pepper powder,
- 1 chicken broth (melted),
- 7-8 cups of water (the cup size: 200 ml.).
For the sauce;
- 1 coffee spoon of butter,
- Red pepper flakes,
- Dried mint leaves.
Process of Flour Soup with Garlic Recipe
Combine the butter and vegetable oil in a saucepan.
Add the flour and cook it until it gets browned.
Then add the seven cups of cool water and stir the mixture at a fast speed.
Add the melted chicken broth and cook until it boils by stirring constantly.
When it boils, add the grated garlic, black pepper powder and salt and stir.
Cook for 5 minutes more.
In a pan, melt the butter and put some dried mints leaves and red pepper flakes in it. Stir it with a spoon and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the sauce in to your soup. Then stir the soup and serve it hot.
