Garlic Chicken Soup Recipe

- 150 grams chicken breast,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 coffee spoon of all purpose flour,
- 1 coffee spoon of tomato soup,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 teaspoon of dried mint,
- 4 – 5 cups of water (the cup is 200 ml.),
Process of Garlic Chicken Soup Recipe
Firstly, pour the water in a deep pot and put the chicken breast in it. Add the salt and leave it to boil.
After the chicken breast is cooked, take it out from the pot and place it in an another plate.
When the chicken breast get cool, chop the chicken breast in small pieces and let the chicken broth cool.
Grate the cloves of garlic and put the vegetable oil and the grated garlic in a pot and cook by stirring.
Add the paste and continue to stir.
Then add the flour and cook by stirring for a while.
Pour 4 cups of chicken broth and add the dried mint and leave it to boil.
When it starts to boil, add the chopped chicken breast and cook it over low heat for more 5 minutes.
Then turn off the stove and serve the soup hot.
