Green Lentil Soup with Noodles Recipe

- 1 onion,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 2 tablespoons of tomato paste,
- 1 1/2 cups of green lentil (picked over and rinsed),
- 1 teacup of noodle,
- Red pepper flakes,
- 8 cups of water.

Process of Green Lentil Soup with Noodle Recipe
To prepare the green lentil soup recipe, firstly, rinse the lentils and put them into a pot. Pour the water and boil it until the lentils are tender but still hold their shape. And then strain the lentils.
Peel the onion and wash it. Then chop the onion. Put the vegetable oil in a pot and heat. Add the chopped onions. Fry the onions until they turn golden brown. Then add the tomato paste and cook by stirring. Pour the water and boil it.
When the lentils are tender enough, add the noodles, salt and red peppers. After the noodles are okay, turn off the stove, wait 10 minutes and serve.
