Ground Beef Crepes Recipe
These homemade ground beef crepes are so delicious and savory, dip them in the egg first then breadcrumbs. The result has crunchy-on-the-outside but out of this world soft-on-the-inside combination.

Ingredients;
For the crepe;
- 2 eggs,
- 2 1/2 teacups of water,
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 2 cups of all purpose flour (the cup size is 200 ml.),
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
For the filling;
- 150 grams ground beef,
- 1 onion,
- 1 green pepper,
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 small red bell pepper,
- A pinch of parsley,
- Red peppers flakes,
- Thyme,
- Salt.
To dip;
- 1 egg,
- Breadcrumbs.
To fry;
- Vegetable oil.
Process of Ground Beef Crepes
At first, to prepare the ground beef filling, put the chopped peppers and the onion in a pan. Add the vegetable oil and a flick of salt and cook by stirring. Add the ground beef and cook until it absorbs the juice. Finally add the chopped parsley and the spices and mix them by stirring and leave it to cool.
To prepare the crepe batter, mix the eggs, milk and the water in a deep bowl. Add the salt and the flour and mix them by using a wire beater until smooth.
Pour a little amount of vegetable oil in a pan and heat the pan. Pour a ladle of crepe batter in the pan and spread. Cook both sides over medium heat by turning. Continue with the crepe batter left.
Beat the egg in a large plate. Take one of the crepes and place a tablespoon of the filling on it and wrap the edges and roll it. Continue with the crepes left.
Then dip the rolled crepes in firstly egg and then breadcrumbs.
Heat the vegetable oil in a pan and fry the crepes. After frying, take the crepes on a paper towel and serve hot.
This ground beef crepes recipe is for 8 or 9 crepes.
