Ground Beef Roll Ups Recipe

Ingredients;
- 3 phyllo sheets.
For the sauce;
- 1 egg,
- 1 teacup of milk,
- 3 tablespoons of yogurt,
- A half teacup of vegetable oil,
- A flick of carbonate.
For the ground beef mixture;
- 250 grams ground beef,
- 1 large onion,
- 3 green peppers,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- Salt,
- Red pepper flakes,
- Thyme.
Process of Ground Beef Roll Ups Recipe
At first, to prepare the sauce, mix the egg, milk, yogurt and the vegetable oil in a bowl.
To prepare the ground beef mixture, chop the onion, peppers and put them in a pan.
Add the vegetable oil and add the salt.
And cook them by stirring.
Then add the ground beef and cook by stirring and add the spices.
Then remove it from the stove and leave it to cool.
Place a baking sheet in a tray.
Lay one of the phyllo sheet in the tray (the small pieces of the edges should be out of the tray).
Pour the half of the sauce on the sheet and spread.
Lay the other phyllo sheet in the tray completely (the edges also should be in the tray this time).
Pour the sauce left it.
Lay the last sheet in the tray and cover it by the edges of the first sheet.
Place the ground beef mixture on the top.
Then bake it in the oven at 180°C until both the sheets and the ground beef mixture get golden brown.
After baking, roll the pastry and continue to baking until the top gets golden brown.
Then slice and serve.
If you prepare the pastry with non cooked ground beef, then there is no need to bake for the second time.
