Ground Beef Stuffed Potatoes Recipe
Potatoes are one of the great comfort foods, especially when stuffed with a satisfying ground beef and homemade yogurt sauce with garlic. This ground beef stuffed potatoes bowls recipe is the one of them. These appetizers or snacks are perfect for afternoon tea time.

Ingredients;
- 5 middle size potatoes,
- A half bunch of parsley,
- Red pepper flakes
- Ground black pepper,
- Salt.
For the filling;
- 2 middle size of onions,
- 2 green peppers,
- 200 grams ground beef,
- Salt,
- Ground black pepper,
- Vegetable oil.
For the yogurt garlic sauce;
- 1 bowl of yogurt,
- 1 clove of garlic,
- Salt.
For the top;
- Butter,
- Red pepper flakes.
Process of Ground Beef Stuffed Potatoes Recipe
At first, wash the potatoes and boil them until they get tender. Then drain and peel the potatoes. Mash them by using a fork and add the chopped parsley, salt, red pepper flakes and ground black pepper and mix well.
Take mandarin size pieces from the mixture and roll them in your palm. Make a hole and get a bowl shaped potato mixture. Place them in a serving plate.
Prepare the filling. Put some vegetable oil in a pan and add the chopped onion and peppers. Cook them by stirring and add the ground beef and cook until it absorbs the juice. Add the salt and the ground black pepper and mix well. Then remove it from the stove.
For the yogurt garlic sauce, mix the yogurt and finely chopped garlic in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt and mix well.
Place the filling in the potato bowls and pour the yogurt garlic sauce on them.
Heat the butter and add the red pepper flakes and stir. Remove the sauce from the heat and pour it on the potato bowls and then serve warm.
