Healthy Chicken Broccoli Saute Recipe
This chicken broccoli saute recipe is a quick, easy and healthy dinner idea made from boneless, skinless chicken breast and broccoli.
- 1 small broccoli,
- 1 small onion,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 coffee spoon of paste,
- 1 teacup of water (110 ml.),
- 500 grams boneless, skinless chicken breast,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 1 red bell pepper,
- 1 green pepper,
- Black pepper.
Process of Healthy Chicken Broccoli Saute Recipe
Firstly, wash the broccoli and divide it in pieces and leave it in the water.
Chop the onion and put some vegetable oil in a pan and cook the onions by stirring.
Wash the peppers, cut them in half lengthwise and remove the cores and dice them.
Add the diced peppers and grated cloves of garlic in the pan.
Cut the chicken breasts bite size and add them in the pan and cook them until they absorb the liquid.
After they absorb the liquid, add the broccoli pieces and mix by stirring.
Mix the paste and the water in a bowl and pour the mixture in the pan.
Finally add the salt and the black pepper and cover the lid.
When it starts to boil, lower the heat and and cook over low heat until the broccoli pieces get tender enough.
Then serve hot.
