How to Make Crepe Recipe
See how easy it is to make crepe. You’ll need just 6 common ingredients for these Turkish-style crepes.
- 2 eggs,
- 2 and a half more tea cup of water (the tea cup is: 110 ml.),
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 2 cups of all purpose flour (the water cup is: 200 ml.),
- 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Vegetable oil.
Process of Crepe Recipe
Combine the milk, eggs, and water in a deep bowl and mix.
Add the salt and the flour and mix until mixture is smooth and bubbles form on top.
Lightly cover the nonstick pan with oil and heat the pan over medium heat.
Add 1 ladder batter and swirl to completely cover bottom of the pan.
Cook until underside of crepe is golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes.
Loosen edge of crepe with a rubber spatula, then with your fingertips, quickly flip. Cook for 1 minute more.
Slide crepe out of the pan and repeat with remaining batter. (Add oil in to the pan as needed.)
If you want you can serve the crepes with various fillings such as feta, chocolate, honey or jam.
With this recipe you can get 7 or 8 crepes. It can be change according to the size of the pan.
