Kebab in Baking Paper Recipe
Up to now, we’ve shared various kebab recipes, but it is different from the others. Because we will cook the kebab in baking paper. Both the taste and the serving is very wonderful.

Ingredients;
- 400 grams (cut in bite size) beef,
- 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil,
- 1 onion,
- 2 peppers,
- 1 coffee spoon of tomato paste,
- 1 coffee spoon of pepper paste,
- 2 potatoes,
- 1 carrot,
- 2 tomatoes,
- 1 cup of peas (canned peas),
- Black pepper,
- Thyme,
- Crushed red pepper,
- Salt,
- 2 teacups of water.
Process of Kebab in Baking Paper Recipe
At first, heat the pot empty, then put the cut in bite size beef into the pot then cook stirring. Stir constantly, don’t let the beef gives the juice out.
After sealing the beef, add the vegetable oil and cook by stirring.
Then add the chopped onion and the peppers and continue to cook by stirring.
When the peppers and the chopped onion are cooked, add the paste and cook by stirring.
Add the diced potatoes, carrot and tomatoes and stir.
Then pour the water and cover the lid, cook until the potatoes get tender for almost 15 minutes.
When the potatoes get tender enough add peas, salt and the spices.
Cook for more 3 or 4 minutes and turn off the stove.
Cut the baking papers in squares (the baking paper is 25/25 cm)
Then place the cooked dish (1 portion) in the middle of the square.
Overlap the two edges of the baking paper and also the other two edges as making a packet.
And place them in to a tray on the wrapped sides.
Bake the kebab in the preheated oven at 190°C for 20 minutes.
After baking, take them into serving plates and make square windows on them then serve hot.
This recipe is for 7 baking paper kebabs.
