Marinated Beef Kebabs Recipe

- 500 grams bite sized beef,
- 1 teacup of olive oil (110 ml.),
- 2-3 small onions,
- 2-3 cloves of garlic,
- Red Pepper.
Process of Marinated Beef Kebabs Recipe
Firstly, place the bite sized beef pieces in a small but large bowl.
Add the olive oil and sprinkle the spices on it.
Peel the cloves of garlic and the onions and cut them in 3 or 4 pieces and also add them in the bowl.
Mix the ingredients and the beef pieces and cover it with a plastic wrap.
Leave the bite sized beef in the sauce in the refrigerator for 4 or 5 hours.
If you have enough time, leave it in the refrigerator for one night.
At the end of the time, take the bite sized beef pieces out from the refrigerator and leave to reach at room temperature.
And then place them on skewers and put some oil in a pan and fry them by turning.
Serve it hot.
