Ingredients;
For meat;
- 400 grams ground beef,
- 1 egg,
- 1 onion, grated,
- 3 or 4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs,
- Salt,
- Red pepper flakes,
- Crushed red pepper,
- Thyme (the spices you desire).
For filling;
- 1 cup of mixed vegetables (canned, boiled pea, potato and carrot).
To grease the tray;
- Olive oil.
For sauce;
- 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
- One and a half cup of water (300 ml.),
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

For the meat roll with mixed vegetables, put the ground beef into a deep bowl and add the grated onion, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt and the other spices you want to it and knead it well.

Wash the 1 cup of mixed vegetables into the strainer and leave to drain.
Put a sheet of plastic wrap on the flat ground. Put the mixture on it and give the mixture rectangular shape. And place the mixed vegetables on it, spread the filling longitudinal and roll the mixture.
Place it a greased tray. If you want you can put 1 sliced carrot and 1 sliced potato around it. Mix the 1 tablespoon tomato paste, 1 and a half cup hot water in a pot and then pour over the mixture.

Bake it in the preheated oven at 180°C until it gets golden brown. Remove it from the oven, slice how you want and then serve.
Note: You can brush on it while cooking for not dry.
