Milk Pudding Recipe
Milk Pudding is a delicious dessert in Turkey. We also serve it with biscuits. It is easy to prepare.
- 125 grams of margarine or butter,
- 1 cup of flour,
- 1,5 cups of granulated sugar,
- 1 liter milk,
- 1 packet of vanilla (5 grams).
Process of Milk Pudding Recipe
In order to prepare the milk pudding, melt the margarine/butter into the pot.
Add 1 cup of flour and scorch until the mixture gets yellow.
Add the milk gradually into the mixture and stir it continuously.
Then add the granulated sugar and cook until it gets thick.
Add vanilla and mix the mixture for 3-4 minutes.
Pour the mixture into a small greased baking pyrex and leave it to cool at room temperature.
After that, put it into your fridge for at least 3-4 hours.
The chicken breast aspiration, which is completely cooled , is removed by inverting it into a tray.
According to preference, cocoa or cinnamon can be served on the service by slicing.
