Milky Wheat Flour Halwa Recipe

- 125 grams butter,
- 1 cup + 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour.
- 1 cup of milk (200 ml.),
- 5 grams vanilla (1 packet),
- 1 cup of granulated sugar (the cup size is 200 ml.).
Process of Milky Wheat Flour Halwa Recipe
For prepare the milky wheat flour halva, at first, put the butter in a large pan and melt. Then add the flour. Cook it at a low heat by stirring constantly until it gets golden.
Prepare the syrup by mixing the milk, granulated sugar and the vanilla in a deep bowl.
After you cook the flour and the butter mixture, pour the syrup and stir constantly.
And leave it to cool at room temperature.
Take walnut sized pieces from the halwa and shape them with a spoon or roll them with your palms.
Place them into the plate and serve warm.
