- A half cup of warm water (100 ml.),

- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt.
- 4 1/2-5 cups of all purpose flour (the cup is 200 ml.).
Process of Mini Flatbread with Milk Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the dough, combine the warm water, warm milk, sugar and salt in a deep bowl. Add the yeast and a cup of flour and mix by using your hand. Then add the flour cup by cup slowly and knead the dough. Get a soft but not sticky dough. Cover the dough and leave it to rise for an hour.
Take (a little smaller than mandarin) pieces from the dough and roll the pieces in your palm. Then make the pieces larger by pressing on them by using your fingers. (Shape the dough into rounds and flatten each round as though you’re making a small pizza dough.) Place the rounded dough on a clean towel and cover the rounds with a towel and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.
Heat a non sticky pan over the stove and place a rounded dough in it (Don’t add oil, while cooking). Over the low heat, cook the dough until it gets golden brown. And turn the other side and take it on a serving plate. Repeat with the remaining dough rounds.
If you want, you can spread some butter on them while they are still hot before serving or serve after letting the flatbreads rest for a little time.
