Mini Round Loaves for Breakfast Recipe
Here are the mini round loaves because they are easy, really cute, quick and very delicious. In the morning, you wake up and see “There is no bread”. No problem, have your breakfast with these mini round loaves.
For the dough;
- 1,5 cups of warm milk,
- 1 cup of warm water ,
- 50 grams of butter,
- 1 packet of instant yeast (10 grams),
- 1 coffee spoon of baking powder (a half packet),
- 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar,
- 1 coffee spoon of salt,
- 5,5 – 6 cups of all purpose flour (the cup size is 200 ml.).
- Vegetable oil.
Process of Mini Round Loaves for Breakfast Recipe
Firstly, to prepare the mini bread loaves dough, combine all the ingredients except for the flour and the yeast in a deep bowl.
Then add a cup of flour and the yeast and mix well.
Add the flour left gradually and knead well.
Get a lightly sticky dough.
Cover the dough and leave it for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough in 3 pieces and roll them in your palm.
Roll out the dough pieces in 2 or 3 mm thickness on a lightly floured plain surface by using a rolling pin.
Cut the dough by using a cup or a round shape cutter.
Gather the dough left again and place the round shaped dough pieces on a baking sheet in to a tray.
Continue with the dough left.
Brush vegetable oil on the round dough and bake them in the preheated oven at 180°C until they get lightly brown.
After you take them out from the oven brush the vegetable oil on them again.
This mini round loaves recipe is for 30 or 35 mini round loaves.
